Some Irish friends we met at the bar of our hotel in Bangkok.  One actually ends up trying to strangle his friend at the end of the night...can you guess which one?  This is the only Bangkok picture we have but we fly out of there to go to Sydney so eventually there will be more

The River Kwai
The Death Railway over the River Kwai was blown up by the Allied troops during World War II.  It was built by POWs starting in 1942 and was finished in 1943.  100,000 civilians and 16,000 POWs died, 700 American, while building this railway, mostly from exhaustion

The Tiger Temple, a monk run refugee for tigers and many other animals.  They claim they are not drugged, but man, they are awfully tame
